CASTABLE REFRACTORIES

Compared to other refractories, the safety and lifespan of castable refractories depend heavily on the construction conditions. Physical properties are determined based on factors such as construction methods (casting or gunning), curing conditions, and heating rates. Therefore, we pay close attention to the construction conditions and requirements of our customers in order to manufacture and supply castable refractories suitable for their specific usage and conditions, such as for casting, gunning, or shot-creating. We also offer general products suitable for casting and gunning unless otherwise specified.

  • HACT is our standard castable refractory made with high-purity alumina aggregates and alumina cement.

  • CT Series is a refractory product made by our company, which is a standard castable composed of clay that has been primarily refined and high-temperature treated as the main raw material. Alumina cement is used as a hardener to create this product.
