PRECAST REFRACTORIES

PRECAST REFRACTORIES

PALA is a product manufactured by a high-speed vibration molding method, which results in a very dense structure with high mechanical strength. It can form complex shapes or large blocks, and has excellent resistance to wear, corrosion, and spalling. PALA is widely used in various applications such as blast furnace tap holes, electric furnace ceilings, glass-melting furnace floors, ladle bottoms, ski rails, burner tiles, and non-ferrous metal melting furnaces.
In particular, PALA can be manufactured in a suitable form for large-scale production or assembly regardless of its shape and size, thus significantly reducing manpower and time for refractory processing. It is also a solution to the weaknesses of conventional refractory materials such as minimizing the joints in brickwork and resolving defects that may occur during the initial heating stage in unshaped refractory materials.
