Employees of Company REC abide by ethical and moral values and respect the order of free and fair competition in the market based on these values.

    Business Integrity

    All business activities must adhere to the highest standards of integrity.
    The company must maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of bribery, corruption, embezzlement, and misappropriation.

    Prohibition of Unfair Profit

    No promises, offers, approvals, provisions, or acceptance of bribes or other means to gain illicit or improper profits are allowed in any form of business dealings.
    This includes promising, offering, approving, providing, or accepting money through a third party to acquire or retain business rights or to obtain undue profits.
    Monitoring and enforcement procedures must be implemented to comply with anti-corruption laws.


    All business transactions must be conducted transparently and accurately reflected in business records and reports.
    The company must disclose information on labor, health, safety, environmental management practices, business activities, structure, financial status, and performance in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
    Forgery or false statements in records related to the practices and customs of the relevant field within the supply chain are not tolerated.

    Intellectual Property

    Intellectual property rights must be respected.
    The transfer of technology and know-how must be carried out in a manner that protects intellectual property rights.
    Customer and supplier information must also be protected.

    Fair Trade, Advertising, and Competition

    Fair trade, advertising, and competition standards must be followed.

    Identity Protection and Prohibition of Retaliation

    Unless prohibited by law, the company must maintain confidentiality, anonymity, and identity protection program for suppliers and employees who report internally.
    The company must establish and maintain procedures that allow employees to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.


    The company must make reasonable efforts to protect the personal information of all individuals related to business dealings, including suppliers, customers, consumers, and employees, in accordance with privacy protection standards.
    The company must comply with privacy and information security regulations when collecting, storing, processing, transmitting, and sharing personal information.
